La Madonna is a sumptuous dining and drinking enclave with acclaimed Melbourne chefs, Sicilian blooded Daniel Natoli and Hong Kong street food supremo Adrian Li at the helm.
Swathed across the entire third floor inside the newly minted Next Hotel Melbourne. La Madonna is shaking up the typical hotel restaurant and bar, including through first-in-scale wood ageing in house, while adding to the line-up of hospitality hotspots within the dynamic ’80 Collins’ precinct.
